Auction Rules – The Plant Queen

Please review the auction rules below before you place a bid. Plant shipping begins at $15 for the first plant, then $2 for each additional plant. Additional fees, such as heat packs and insulation, may apply during Winter.

Auction wins must be paid within two days.
Seller does not accept returns.

Auction end time example: End time shows 6:30; this means the highest bidder whose bid was posted no later than 6:29:59.
Failure to make payment within the allotted time will result in suspension from participating in future auctions.
Bidding on multiple items is allowed; however, do not bid on multiple items if you cannot or do not intend to pay for all of them.
Combined shipping is only allowed if another auction ends within the same time frame.
Discount codes or any coupons (including redeeming points) cannot be used towards an auction.
Points are still accrued when you pay for your auction win. Shipping fees, insulation, or heat packs are not eligible for point accrual.
