The Plant Queen

Prices are subject to change as they are ever-changing and out of our control. We try our best to keep cost down.

Order processing time is 5-7 business days

Shipping days are Tuesday – Friday

Shipping method

  • UPS Ground 2-5 days
  • UPS 3 day – 3 days
  • UPS 2 day – 2 days
  • UPS next day air saver – 1-2 days

Alaska & Hawaii default shipping is USPS Priority. Typically delivery time ranges between 3-6 days. A separate shipping quote can be requested during checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking are provided once your order is shipped to the email address provided on file.

At this time, we do not accept international orders or offer international shipping.

Returns are not accepted, as these are live plants.

Live Arrival Guarantee:
If your plant is dead on arrival and used next day shipping, please contact us with an unboxing video within two hours of delivery timestamp. The video must start before you open your box and run the duration of opening your package.

We will either replace the plant if it’s in stock or refund your order. Refunds do not include shipping, heat packs, or insulation.

Missing item:
If we missed an item in your order, an unboxing video is required within two hours of the timestamp delivery. Recording must start before you open your box and run the duration of opening your package.

We will ship your plant or a similar one with our next shipping batch. The shipping fee will be at our expense.

Exceptions
*If you received an incorrect order and would like to keep the plants(s) that were sent in error, a separate invoice will be sent. The correct plant will then be shipped. The shipping fee will be at our expense.

To have your claim reviewed, a live unboxing video is required within two hours of the delivery time stamp. No exceptions. Please email support@plantqueen.com.

Claims without a live unboxing video within the set timeframe will be denied. No exceptions.

Anything past that timeframe, at that point in time the plant is in your possession and up to you to provide care. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us. Please allow us the opportunity to try and come to a resolution together.

Please note, new leaves also known as baby leaves along with new growing vines are always subject to shipping stress. Please have reasonable expectations and understand they can fall off or dry up. This is unavoidable and does not qualify for any form or refund, discount, or return.

Although we pack extremely well, cosmetic damage may occur on a few leaves. Depending on the severity of the damage will determine if the plant is eligible for a partial refund.

All sales are final. No refund, returns, or exchanges will be offered. The plant will be immediately in your possession, therefore; all guarantees are null and void.

When checking out, and selecting “Local Pickup”, please contact us to schedule an appointment to pick up your plants. Plants must be picked up within 7 days. Failure to pick your plant within the allotted timeframe, will result in your order being cancelled. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

We have the right to cancel your order without notice and without cause provided.

The Plant Queen takes your privacy seriously. The email address and any other data collected from our customers is to send order updates, promotional offers, or important information related to their account. We never share or sell your information to any third party.

The Plant Queen Gaurantee

As a fellow plant lover, how I receive a plant in the mail means a lot to me. We take pride in packing your order and dedicate our time and attention to ensuring your plants are packed carefully. We guarantee that the exact plant pictured and/or one of a similar size will be shipped to you.

Exception to this guarantee:
*Heat or cold damage: We will not cover any order that arrives with this type of damage. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to keep track of your shipment and anticipate the arrival of your order to avoid your plants being subject to extreme weather conditions.

*Incorrect shipping address: We will not cover an order shipped to an incorrect address provided. It is your responsibility to make sure the address is current and up to date when placing an order.

*Lost/Stolen shipments. We will not cover any orders that get lost en route. Although this rarely occurs, this is out of our control. In these circumstances, please contact the carrier directly.

*Damage/Mishandled packages: We will not cover any order that is damaged by the carrier. Although this rarely occurs, this is out of our control. In these circumstances, please contact the carrier directly.

*Fresh unrooted cuttings: All sales are final. Buyer assumes all risk involved with an unrooted cutting. Unrooted cuttings are high risk during shipping. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or a discount for another purchase.
